Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Customers can return any appliance within fifteen (15) days of purchase if, for any reason, the customer no longer wants the item or made a mistake with the color, fuel type, or similar product selection.

The return window does not include parts, special order merchandise, shipping, or handling fees.

A non-defective product may be returned to WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC. within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date for a refund of the original purchase price, minus a $25.00 restocking fee, subject to the terms below.

WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC. will not refund the original shipping cost or any shipping and handling fees incurred from the product’s return. If the original purchase was made under a “free shipping” promotion, then a standard $25.00 fee will be deducted from any return related to that offer.

No refund will be granted for appliances that have been opened, used, tampered with, or otherwise placed in a condition that affects WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC.’s ability to remarket or resell the product.

WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC. maintains full discretion in decisions regarding a product’s fitness for return.

Any non-defective return is subject to a $25.00 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the final purchase price, excluding any shipping or handling charges.

Quantity purchases of five (5) or more appliances are not eligible for return.

WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC. will not refund any shipping fees already paid by the customer. Shipping fees are usually paid to a third-party delivery company, and WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC. does not receive those fees back.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at store@williesappl.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
