Limited Warranty
WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC. warrants all residential appliances and their parts against defects in materials or workmanship for six (6) months of labor and six (6) months of parts from the original purchase date.
We also offer extended warranty options from one (1) to two (2) years for an additional charge.
ATTENTION: Willie’s Appliances does not provide or cover standard or extended warranty for commercially used appliances.
During the warranty period, WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC. will repair or replace the item or defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC.’s discretion.
If the appliance to be replaced is not available, the customer may choose to wait for a replacement appliance or receive a refund of the original purchase price, less any shipping fees.
Shipping fees incurred from returns for warranty service during the first 180 days will be paid by WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC., including shipping fees both to and from WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC. After the 180-day period, all shipping fees must be paid by the customer.
All original parts installed by WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC. and replaced by WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC. or its authorized service center become the property of WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC.
Any aftermarket additions or modifications are not covered under this warranty.
The appliance owner is responsible for payment, at current rates, for any service or repair outside the scope of this limited warranty.
WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC. makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, with respect to this appliance other than as set forth in this warranty.
WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC. makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to any other manufacturer’s product or documentation, including its quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description.
Except as provided in this warranty, WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC. is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience, or damage exceeding the purchase price of the appliance.
The warranty and remedies set forth below are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, including any extension or addition to this warranty.
Warranty Conditions
The above limited warranty is subject to the following conditions:
This warranty extends only to products distributed and/or sold by WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC.
This warranty is effective only if the products are purchased and operated in Nassau County or Suffolk County.
This warranty covers only normal use of the appliance.
WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC. shall not be liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from:
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper electrical connection, shipping, or installation.
- Disasters such as fire, flood, lightning, or improper electrical current.
- Service or alteration by anyone other than an authorized WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC. representative.
- Damage caused through irresponsible use, including connections completed by an unlicensed person, such as connecting an electric stove or gas appliance.
Power surges can damage many appliances. Under no circumstances will WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC. be liable for appliance damage caused by a power surge. WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC. will not be responsible if, during a storm, an appliance breaks down due to a power surge.
You must retain your Bill of Sale, invoice, or other proof of purchase to receive warranty service.
No warranty extension will be granted for any replacement parts furnished to the purchaser in fulfillment of this warranty.
WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC. and its authorized service center accept no responsibility for any software programs, data, or information stored on any media or parts of any products returned for repair to WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC.
All pre-installed software programs are licensed to customers under non-WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC. terms and conditions provided with the applicable packages.
This warranty does not cover any third-party appliance-related problems.
WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC. makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, regarding third-party or non-WILLIE’S APPLIANCES appliances.
