Delivery Instructions

A Willie’s Appliances employee will call you between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM the day before delivery. Please make sure to answer the phone and confirm that all information on your invoice is correct.

Before signing for the delivery, please make sure the driver unwraps your item, sets it in place, and levels the item, even though they do not install it.

Please inspect the item carefully. It must look the same way as it did when you saw it in our showroom.

Drivers do not install gas or water lines unless it is specified on your invoice.

Washers and electric appliances come with free installation only if you have all the proper hoses and connections, and the appliance is not hard-wired.

Washer machines must be disconnected from your water supply and drainage before delivery.

Drainage cannot be more than 5 feet in length for us to complete the connection.

A PERSON OVER 18 YEARS OLD MUST BE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.

Before you sign, please inspect the appliances for any damages other than what you already know about or saw, if any. Also, make sure there are no damages to your property.

Once you have signed Willie’s Appliances’ delivery invoice, we will not be responsible for any claims.

IF YOU FAIL TO BE HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, THERE WILL BE ANOTHER DELIVERY CHARGE.

THE DRIVER WILL NOT TAKE AWAY ANY OLD APPLIANCES THAT ARE NOT FULLY DISCONNECTED. THEY MUST BE DETACHED FROM ALL CONNECTIONS.

THE DRIVER CAN REFUSE TO REMOVE ANY OLD APPLIANCE FROM YOUR PROPERTY IF IT IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES, CRITTERS, BUGS, OR SIMILAR CONDITIONS.

The delivery fee is not refundable if you return an item or if you cancel the delivery once the truck has arrived at your house.

Please feel free to ask the driver how to operate your item or items if needed.

PLEASE CHECK THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT SIZE AND FUEL TYPE. ALSO MAKE SURE THAT THE APPLIANCE FITS THROUGH YOUR DOORWAYS AND IN THE SPACE WHERE YOU ARE PLANNING TO PLACE IT.
