Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 FIFTEEN DAYS ( 15 ) Customer can return any appliance within 15 days of purchase, if for any reason the customer doesn’t want the Item or have made a mistake with the color, fuel etc. Return window does not include: Parts, special Order merchandise, shipping and handling fees. Return of non- defective products: A non-defective product may be returned to WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC. within fifteen days of the invoice date for a refund of the original purchase price minus $25.00 restocking fee, with the following amendments/fees.  
  1.  WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC. Will not refund either the original shipping cost or shipping and handling fees incurred from the products return. If the original purchase was made under a “Free shipping “promotion, then a standard $25 fee will be deducted from any return in counter to that offer. No refund will be granted for APPLIANCES which has been opened, If it was sold with its original box, used or tampered with in any way which jeopardize.
  2. WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC. Ability to remark or resell the product.
  3. WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC. Maintains full discretion in decisions regarding a products fitness for return.
  4. Any non-defective returns are subject to a $25 Restocking fee, which amount will be taken from the final purchase price less any shipping or handling charge .
  5. Quantity purchased of five nor are more appliances not eligible for return.
  6. WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC. Will not return any shipping fees already paid by the customer, shipping fee are usually paid to a third party delivery company and WILLIE’S APPLIANCES INC. Does not get that money refunded at all.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at store@williesappl.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at store@williesappl.com and send your item to: 1785 Express Dr N Hauppauge New York US 11788. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1785 Express Dr N Hauppauge New York US 11788 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
